This is a private tournament you must be a member of FARGO, in order to participate.

Prizes

� The prize pool will contain 100% of the monies collected from the buy-in portion of the entrance fee.� The entry fee portion of the entrance fee is not included into the prize pool.

� Each winner will be required to provide valid identification, in order to collect their prize.

� The tournament will be played out until a 1^st place winner has been declared.

� The Internal Revenue Service requires taxes on winnings in excess of $5,000 to be withheld.� Players from foreign countries will be subject to the current US tax codes.

� The percentage figures listed below represent the portion of the prize pool awarded to each finishing place based on the total number of entries:
